Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for search engine ranking.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
- Create high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
- Stay current with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Handle social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Post engaging content daily to increase user engagement and brand awareness.
- Grow and maintain followers by implementing effective social media strategies.
- Interact with followers and respond to comments/messages to enhance engagement.
- Use analytics to track social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Graphics for posts will be provided by the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO & SMO Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO techniques.
- Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, and website optimization.
- Experience managing social media accounts and growing online presence.
- Ability to create engaging social media posts and improve brand reach.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
