Business Developer Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Developer who excels in bidding on popular online job marketplaces such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of proven experience in successfully securing projects through effective bidding strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Proficiency: Demonstrate a deep understanding of platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other relevant job marketplaces.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and implement effective bidding strategies to win projects and acquire new clients on various platforms.
  • Proposal Creation: Craft compelling and tailored project proposals that highlight the unique value proposition, skills, and experience of our team.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with clients to understand their requirements, address queries, and negotiate terms effectively.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to enhance bidding strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze bidding performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance success rates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in business development and bidding on online job marketplaces.
  • Proven track record of successfully securing projects and achieving targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling and persuasive proposals.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
